Airport Pick-up Locations

Where should I meet my Chauffeur?

Below are the two arrangements for meeting your driver at the airport. Each option is specified at the time of the reservation.

Meet and Greet

With a meet and greet reservation the chauffeur will meet you inside of the airport terminal. The driver will hold a personalized sign with your name on it.

Domestic Flights: The chauffeur will wait for you inside the terminal in the baggage claims area.
International Flights: The chauffeur will wait for you outside of the customs gate.

Express pick up

You will be picked up outside the terminal in the pick-up area. This method of pick-up is usually only used when parking is not available. This ensures a speedy pick up and avoids paying a fee for parking.

Step 1 After picking up your luggage, call our dispatch center and inform the dispatcher of the airport terminal that you are at. (860-828-9111 Option 3)
Step 2 The dispatcher will contact the driver and let him know what terminal you are at. You will be given a description of the vehicle and a license plate number, so you can easily identify your chauffeur.
