Arriving Flights: Because only ticketed passengers are allowed in the gate area, we provide the following options for arrivals:

• Curbside Pick-Ups: Airport Ground Transportation no longer allows us to wait for you in the  "active loading only" areas.  Your chauffeur will wait with your vehicle in a less busy area until you are ready at curbside with your luggage. You will need to contact our office when ready at 866-885-5466.
• Baggage Greeting: The chauffeur will be parked in the parking garage. He/She will be standing at the bottom of the escalator into the baggage claim area, holding a sign with your name on it. Once the chauffeur makes contact with you, they will get the vehicle and bring it around to the curbside area for loading. There is an additional $10.00 fee plus the parking charges.
• Group Arrivals: If you are arriving at the Airport and are part of a group, your chauffeur may be driving a mini-bus. The chauffeur and plainly marked bus will be visible once outside of the baggage claim doors. If you do not see your vehicle or chauffeur, please call our toll-free number at 866-885-5466.
