My driver was absolutely wonderful. My flight was delayed and we were stopped for 2 hours on the highway because of an accident and the driver could not have been better. I felt safe and thought he handled the situation wonderfully. He was terrific.
My director, who came in from France had so many good things to say about the ride, driver and service. He was looking into the ride share but the times did not work, so I set this up for him. He was so pleased and looks forward to his return ride with your company.
I do not know what it is like in Paris or other countries, but he mentioned that the driver was a very safe driver, so I thought you should know.

Just a note to say thank you so very much for the fabulous time my nephew had at his prom, especially with the Limo Bus. All 22 of them said that the party bus was better than the actual prom. I’m a wedding coordinator and have had the pleasure of working with Kathleen on arranging transportation for a wedding next month. From the moment we first began working together on this event, Kathleen has been absolutely terrific and I wanted to pass along my compliments. I just want to pass along how pleased we were with our driver Edward. The bride was so very happy with him. He was very professional. He arrived early and waited while the girls finished getting ready but Carin said that it made he feel so much better just knowing he had arrived. When they arrived at Stanley Park Edward took great care to make sure all of the girls were all set. He parked off to the side so the groom could not see the bride as she got ready to walk down the path. Once the bridesmaids started their walk down the path, Carin realized she was all by herself (since she did not have anyone to give her away and walk her down the path) trying to straighten her dress and veil. Edward asked if he may help and Carin welcomed the offer. Edward took great care to help Carin with her gown and train and gave her words of encouragement. Telling her what a beautiful bride she was and to take a deep breath. Edward went far beyond the job description of "Limo Driver". He is truely a plus to your company. You have no idea how wonderful he made Carin feel. Premier Limo was recommended to me by a coworker, his wife Linda Beaudoin works for General Equities and used your services for a huge company function. I will recommend Premier to anyone that needs limo services and specifically ask for Edward.
I myself and getting married next year and I will be calling for your services and asking again for Edward.

I can't say enough about your employees who handled our wedding. They all were truly professional. Each was able to anticipate the needs of their passengers; Doreen for the bride( I'm not afraid to say my daughter is very bossy and demanding. Doreen handled her with the utmost of care and respect, Rob's job was not an easy one keeping the bridesmaids under control. Even with all the "celebrating" going on in his vehicle, he was able to come to the aid of my older daughter who was experiencing stomach discomfort. He was the perfect man for this group. Frankie handled the men with the utmost professionalism and respect and a wonderful sense of sensitiveness to everyone's' needs, the driver for my mother and her caregiver was perfect. He anticipated her every need and truly contributed to her enjoyment of the day, and last, but not least, the bus driver was prompt, efficient, yet sensitive to the needs of his passengers. I thank you from the bottom of my heart for employing these professionals and sharing them with us on this momentous day. I had no worries because I knew we had the best of the best.

I am still working at The Hartford Insurance Company for Accenture. As you probably know Premier runs the shuttle service.
I’m writing about someone special. It’s nice when you run into someone who does their job very well, it boosts spirits and sets a great example. Rarer, is when someone transforms their job into something very special. Last night, I was walking to the shuttle with some colleagues and they sped up to catch the shuttle. They told me they love riding with the driver because he’s such a good person. When we got on, I told the driver we were just talking about him and how much we appreciate him and how he boosts everyone’s spirits.
The other people on the shuttle laughed. They said, they were just telling him the same thing.
In short, I’d like to let you know, on behalf of everyone on that bus (I was designated to write the email), we all very much appreciate Mr. Moss and his classy, friendly style. His work style boosts sprits during a very dull time of the day and reminds us that it’s not just what we do but how we do it that has an impact on the World. I ask that you please forward this to your management team.

I am writing to tell Premier Limo of my exceptional experience with the service of your Driver John (I do not have his last name). However, He drove myself and 15 other family & friends to Bradley airport on Friday 4/29/2011 at 4:45am. On our return ride from Bayonne NJ on Sunday May 8th at 11am he was waiting for us which after a long trip was a relief. John was respectful, helpful and professional. He helped my elderly aunt with her luggage. He knew directions, exits, terminals everything. I think when someone goes above and beyond their job, they should be recognized by their professional performance. He was extremely helpful when I misplaced my camera. He took the extra time to help me find it. I wished I had gotten his last name, however you can track him down by the schedule of our trip and use of your vehicle. On behalf of the entire group of 16 people we want to Thank John for his respectful and professional ride, which made our vacation even better than it was. Thank you John!!! We would love to use Premier service again in hopes John will be our driver.
Last week, I helped to lead a trip of 8th grade girls from the Ethel Walker School in Simsbury, CT, to Washington DC. We took a Premier Coach Bus to Washington, and it was driven by Orlando. I want to make sure that Orlando is recognized for his work on this trip. It is the 3rd year I've led this trip, and he is by far the best driver we have had. He was funny and light-hearted - the girls immediately enjoyed having him as the driver - and he was very professional about his job. His first priority was always the safety of the students, and he understood that he was there to drive us where we needed to go. I enjoyed many conversations with Orlando - we talked about baseball and about Connecticut, our careers and much more. It was a wonderful experience having Orlando as our driver, and any group that has him at the wheel will be very lucky! You are very lucky to have him as a driver for your fleet of coach buses!
I just wanted to take a minute and say that each and every one of your drivers was absolutely superb, on time, considerate and helpful.. Please let them know they were truly appreciated. I will highly recommend Premier Limo. Thanks for all your help!

My daughter was part of the "Pink Boat" group from the Glastonbury High School crew team that you graciously provided a limo ride to for a reception tonight. I wanted to let you know how much the girls loved the ride - it was easily one of the coolest things they've ever done. My daughter kept telling me about the lights, the seats, etc -just a great experience.
They also enjoyed their chauffeur (Calvin H), and you should know he was gracious, and was proudly showing off the limo to the parents AND handing out cards for the business.
On behalf of my daughter and the rest of the girls, thank you very much for your contribution to the event tonight. It made a special night into an unforgettable one for the team.
Our driver for our trip home from Brooklyn (Queen Mary2)Dock was Gary. He is without a doubt one of the nicest and most competent professionals we have ever met. He was so kind and willing to listen to my husband recount the history of baseball, it was worth every penny to us to enjoy such a luxury.
Gary ran into considerable traffic on the Merritt Pky due to a tractor trailer accident that had backed up traffic since early in the morning. He skillfully thought things thru, got off at an appropriate exit, and got directions to get back on that saved us about 45 minutes of travel time. I don’t travel in this manner often, but when I do, I will definitely call Premier and request that Gary drive us if he can. Please know you have a very valuable and totally professional driver in Gary. Thank you and I hope you will share my comments with him and the rest of your staff as he deserves a pat on the back for a great job!

The Gov forgot to mention to her assistant that she had another meeting at The Residence, so initially, the bus was waved-off because no one's allowed in the Rez until the Gov has departed....so the driver was perfectly flexible and drove over to Elizabeth Park.
After the presentation, he returned promptly to The Rez to pick up the students and tours around more, returning them to Campus perfectly at 6:30.
The Limo Bus was a hit, and it couldn't have gone better! Thanks to you, and to Austin!
Ron was wonderful!!!!!!!!!!!! He provided great service, was responsive and very professional and cordial. The guest all appreciated and like him and Marty and I quickly identified him as our go-to-man.

Attached is a reservation we did for a small event and I just wanted to make you aware that Teri did an outstanding job representing your company. She was very courteous, on-time and helpful when driving our group to various places. She was very patient with the schedule and even sprung right into action when we had a quick emergency and had to veer off plan for a few minutes. My manager and I are very happy with her service and professionalism. Just wanted your Company to know how much I enjoyed the trip on the night of Aug. 27th. I was going to the New York Stock Exchange for the first time. The driver, Calvin H. was just great! He schooled me on all the security, how it works and which entrance to use and how to get there. He even got me as close as possible (one block). It was a pleasure to have someone who knew the ins and outs and was willing to share them. He was an interesting man, educated in many things and provided good company on a long trip. (He’s a keeper!) He will certainly be recommended along with your service to my friends.
From the first time we called to inquire about transportation to the Hospital for Special Surgery in NYC everyone at your company has treated us extremely well. During that first call in October my husband asked what type of vehicle he would be most comfortable in considering he is 6'4 and had very limited mobility, Kathleen said that she would check with Steve because he is also tall. My husband had already had three surgeries in September and was without a hip when we made out first of many trips to the Hospital for Special Surgery. We had the good fortune to have Gary Young as our driver. Gary dropped us off at the hospital and gave us his number to call when we were ready to be picked up. It turned into a very long day seeing many doctors and having many tests, mid way through I called Gary to just let him know it would be a while longer and he mentioned that he had borrowed tools from a man who was parked in front of him and had fixed my husbands walker. When I finally called Gary to come pick us up it was well past dinner time and he offered to pick up sandwiches for us. My husband needed to stop part way to NYC each trip and Gary would get Chuck's walker out of the car and walk around the car with Chuck while I grabbed coffee. When my husband needed to think about something other then medical procedures and surgeries Gary would talk sports with him. These are just a few of the many kindnesses that Gary showed us through the numerous trips we made to NYC. His knowledge of the city is second to none, when we needed to see a plastic surgeon at a different location he was able to get us there without any problem. We dealt many times with Heather who was very helpful and on the occasions when Gary was not available to be our driver the other drivers were very good as well. I would like to offer you our thanks for making a very difficult and stressful period in our lives easier.

There was quite a bit of back and forth during the decision making process on vehicles both for the Bachelorette held on March 5 and the wedding on March 19, much appreciate all your patience and help. We were extremely pleased with the condition and cleanliness of all the vehicles in your fleet we contracted for.
Most important however we would like to commend your drivers, Chris and Jay. Both were extremely well qualified to handle the vehicles, aside from being courteous and professional. Their attention to safety and comfort was obvious and spoke well of your organization. We would not hesitate to recommend your company to family and friends.

Short note to compliment you on your driver (Ray). He was on-time and drive was pleasant to airport. Worth noting...I forgot my lightning charger. Ray gave me his and did not ask for anything in return. This was a very nice gesture, and one that he did not have to make. I have enjoyed your service over the years, but it is little things like this which are very impressive to me, not only about Ray’s character, but values that you instill in your employees to think about how to better serve your customers.
